Orders of 6 or more DVDs and orders weighing more than 1 kilogram (like Dermabase) ship Expedited Parcel USA with estimated delivery time of 6-12 business days to major USA cities, longer for smaller communities Flex Weights and the Classic Ball are shipped via UPS and require a street address, not PO Box.

Orders of 6 or more DVDs and orders weighing more than 1 kilogram (like Dermabase) ship Expedited Parcel Canada with estimated delivery time of 1-7 business days to major cities, longer for smaller communities Flex Weights and the Classic Ball are shipped via UPS and require a street address, not PO Box.

Add 5% GST to the total including shipping & handling for all orders. Since Canada Post rates make remote northern areas very expensive to service, orders to those destinations may incur a surcharge. Delivery time varies widely depending on destination. The rates below apply to most of the world. Except for regular international customers who know the drill, we generally email exact shipping rates for each order before we ship.
