USA orders are shipped via Canada Post / US Mail. DVD orders are shipped Letter Air Mail with an estimated delivery time of 4-14 business days. Dermabase Moisture Cream, Flex Weights and the Classic Ball are shipped via UPS and require a street address, not PO Box.

Canadian DVD orders are shipped Letter Air Mail via Canada Post with an estimated delivery time of two business days for Calgary area, 3 business days to western Canada and 4 business days across Canada. The Classic Ball and Dermabase Moisture Cream are shipped via Expedited Canada Post.

INTERNATIONAL
International DVD orders are shipped by Canada Post Letter Air Mail. Delivery time varies widely depending on destination. Except for regular international customers who know the drill, we generally email exact shipping rates for each order before we ship. Typically, we can ship up to two DVDs for $10.00.
