These two half hour intermediate low impact aerobic workouts offer maximum variety to keep you stimulated. Charlene leads the first vigorous workout at a comfortable pace, allowing plenty of time to master the moves. In the second workout, the lead of the cardio component is alternated between Charlene and fellow instructors Christine and Cindy. After each new pattern is built, the choreography is looped "back to the top" to repeat all of the previous patterns. Adding to the fun, each instructor cues her pattern every time it comes around. This team teaching approach is what Charlene does for fun with her friends on her back deck at home.
